The pool area has restrooms and a large sundeck with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of loungers. A poolhouse features a screened in dining area/meeting room and gas BBQ grills for outdoor cooking.

The convenient and quiet location of Casa Bella is close to the world's best shelling beaches, great fishing, championship golf, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Leave your car behind and ride the Beach Trolley from Summerlin Square to Fort Myers Beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, fishing pier, shops, and restaurants; or you can enjoy the scenic drive down Estero Island all the way to Bonita Beach and Lover's Key State Park! If you want to savor island life at a more relaxed pace, take the breath-takingly beautiful drive across the Causeway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands where you'll be greeted with upscale shopping, gourmet dining, and miles of unspoiled (and uncrowded) beaches. While on Sanibel Island, be sure to visit the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge.
